SHIPPING & RETURNS
There will be a reshipment fee if the customer enters the incorrect shipping address on the order and we have to reship the package. This reshipment fee also applies if the customer is not in when FedEx attempts delivery and the package is returned to us. FedEx will make multiple attempts to deliver the package. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have special shipping needs, and we will be happy to try and accommodate you if possible. We value your business.
We are dedicated to our customer's 100% satisfaction. It really is all about you. That starts with exceptional products and continues with our quick turnaround time and careful packaging of your shipments. However, we understand that from time to time returns or exchanges are necessary. So we've developed the following concise return policy to help avoid confusion and keep things running smoothly:
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Just contact us!
You may obtain a Return Authorization Number by simply contacting us at email@example.com
Unauthorized returns will be refused. All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or $20.00 minimum charge, which ever is greater.
Items must be returned with all original packing material and must be insured at customer’s expense.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
